What You Will Do :
Be a trusted leader of buy-side and sell-side due diligence / quality of engagementProactively engage with your clients throughout the year to understand business goals and objectivesBeyond QOE engagements, advise, implement and deliver solutions to clients related to all other phases of the Merger & Acquisition life cyclePlay an active role in providing valuable guidance and business recommendationsDeliver business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussionManage cross-functional teams to deliver engagements and ensure client profitability targets are metUtilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally (especially with private equity firms) with the goal of acquiring new repeat referral sources, clients, projects, and revenueInvest in your professional development individually and through participation in firmwide learning and development programsSupport the growth and development of team members, helping associates meet their professional goalsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, master's or advanced degree desirableCPA / CFA a plusFifteen (15+) years' experience providing transaction advisory services in a professional services firm requiredMust have experience with merger & acquisitions, and financial due diligence.History of relationships with private equity firms and their portfolio companiesDemonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skillsAbility to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
