Senior Engineering Project Manager – Newburgh, IN

We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer Project Manager to lead and manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engineering project management, a strong understanding of engineering principles, and excellent leadership abilities. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and production, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring technical solutions are aligned with project goals.
• Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
