Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to uphold billing integrity. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a passion for numbers and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue and distribute invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process new contracts and sales transactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve billing complaints
  • Monitor accounts receivable and maintain transaction records
  • Assist with customer account reconciliations
  • Prepare and present analytical reports for management
  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and account cleanups
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or errors

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR equivalent relevant work experience
  • 0-3 years of billing experience in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr.
