Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support specialist -This role is ideal for someone with experience in desktop support and a strong grasp of IT systems and tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for desktop systems, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.

Configure and maintain Cisco wireless routers and other networking equipment.

Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution.

Install, configure, and update Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems.

Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, including database and server-related problems.

Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and meet deadlines.

Create detailed documentation for processes and solutions to ensure clarity and consistency.

Deliver excellent customer service by explaining technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Adapt to changing priorities and work independently to handle assigned tasks effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an IT support role.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory.

Familiarity with ServiceNow platform preferred.

Proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware and peripherals.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
