A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and monitor departmental activities to ensure efficient service delivery
Manage and train staff, develop programs, and facilitate change within the Customer Service Division
Collaborate with clinical teams and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of management experience overseeing hiring, training, and performance management
Working knowledge of call center systems and quality performance monitoring methods
Demonstrated ability to analyze work processes and implement changes effectively
