Responsibilities of the Office Admin
Builds a working relationship with Agency staff relative to client bill payment and accounting issues.Acts as a liaison with outside banks and Social Security Agency offices with respect to client matters.Review clients' account monthly for accuracy.Monthly filing of client's recordsMaintains client accounting records and supporting documentation.Works with residential supervisors and other staff to manage client budgets.Prepares reports to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and other agencies that serve the beneficiary.Requirements of the Office Admin
Administrative experience in a high-volume environmentAssociates degree preferredProficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word and familiarity with accounting software.AccuFund is a plusWork Model
Hybrid, with 3-4 days in office required per weekCompensation
