A company is looking for an Order Entry Processor to fulfill and analyze customer orders while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities
Key digital images of customer orders into Oracle accurately and timely
Perform quality reviews of new orders and report trends to management
Analyze orders on hold and communicate with customers to resolve barriers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a related field
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to work from digital documents
Willingness to work flexible hours and cross-train in other areas
