About The Role

We're looking for an engineering leader to manage Compa's Agents team. As engineering manager, you'll lead the team that is responsible for building, shipping, and delivering production-grade AI agents to enterprise customers like Stripe, Block, Roblox, etc.

Compa's first agents : Partner AI and Analyst AI help the world's largest companies manage the largest line-item expense on their P&L — compensation.

In this role, you will be on the frontline of a once-in-a-generation technology shift defining how agentic systems are built, deployed, and maintained in the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities Of This Role

• In collaboration with Compa's, Co-founder & CTO and engineering leads at Compa, develop the technical vision for the future of agentic systems that perform well in production for the world's leading enterprise companies
• Own execution of the technical vision for Compa's agentic systems
• As the engineering leader on a cross-functional team, ensure successful delivery and productionization of Partner AI and Analyst AI with Compa's initial cohort of enterprise customers
• In collaboration with Compa's customers, Co-founder & Chief Experience Officer, and XFN leads from other functions, define, plan, and deliver an agentic onboarding
• Partner with Compa's Director of Product on the roadmap for Compa's agentic products
