Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve implementation issues across SDKs, APIs, and integrations
Craft solutions by understanding customer use cases and leveraging the toolset
Answer customer inquiries and recommend best practices based on product knowledge
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Engineer
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical discipline
Great knowledge of modern web technology fundamentals and debugging tools
Creative and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving
Experience with data analytics tools is a bonus
