Innovation Driven is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join the team at an outstanding law firm in Madison, New Jersey.

This is a full-time and hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) position at a law firm in Madison, NJ.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on family law matters
Drafting legal documents
Representing clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
Negotiating with opposing counsel
Conducting legal research and managing case deadlines
Provide clients with advice on a variety of family law matters
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients

REQUIREMENTS :

JD from an accredited law school

1-5+ years of Family Law Experience

New Jersey bar admission required

Family Law clerkship a plus
