Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
BLS and ACLS certification required (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience, including both scrub and circulate roles—ophthalmology experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of sterile technique, AORN guidelines, and surgical safety practices.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This dual-role position requires proficiency in both scrub and circulating responsibilities, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced ophthalmology OR with a focus on exceptional patient care and surgical outcomes.
