We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Document Review Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will review, organize, and manage digital documents to ensure accuracy and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys clerical work, values accuracy, and prefers a calm, task-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review electronic documents for accuracy, completeness, and correct formatting
Identify and correct simple data or labeling errors
Organize files and maintain digital document folders in a structured system
Ensure confidential information is handled securely
Communicate with team members to clarify or verify document details
Update tracking spreadsheets or databases as needed
Follow company guidelines for document naming, filing, and version control
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Good written communication skills
Prior clerical, administrative, or data entry experience is a plus (but not required)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5+ years of experience in account management, institutional sales, or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
