Maintenance Technician Location :

  • Multiple – Barre, Montpelier area Reports To : Supervisor Buildings & Grounds Job Type : Full Time Recruiting at multiple levels of experience.

  • Responding to help desk tickets and tackling emergency tasks will be second nature to you.

  • This position is being recruited at multiple levels.  Duties & Responsibilities May Include : Mastering the art of interior painting Showcasing your green thumb through expert groundskeeping Embracing the winter wonderland with efficient snow shoveling Stepping in as a backup for Janitorial and Housekeeping Perfecting the craft of taping and mudding drywall / MDO Skillfully replacing drywall / MDO Becoming a door hanging and hardware installation maestro Unleashing your creativity through woodworking / carpentry Navigating plumbing / heating challenges with ease Illuminating spaces with your electrical expertise Other exciting duties as assigned Qualifications : Education : High School Diploma or GED.
  • A pristine driving record and access to a safe, secure, and insured vehicle.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following :

  • Carpentry Drywall Plumbing / Heating Electrical Wage ranges for this position : Maintenance Technician 1 - $19.58 - $20.17 Maintenance Technician 2 - $21.29 - $21.94 Maintenance Technician 3 - $21.83 - $22.50 Rate of pay will be offered will be determined on an evaluation of skills, education, experiences, and other relevant factors.
