The Senior Finance Manager - Commercial Business Insights - Central Finance Team plays an essential role in delivering insights that support effective planning, monitoring, and informed decision-making on discounting and renewal performance. This position works collaboratively with finance partners across the organization to foster transparent discussions around key Commercial business metrics and performance indicators. Additionally, the role provides customized analytical solutions to meet diverse business needs, ensuring all stakeholders have equitable access to the information required for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Lead reporting cadence across stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial close.
Define and govern the Renewal Health Framework in partnership with business and finance teams across the Commercial organization (including MCAPS and Engineering Groups), ensuring alignment and clarity.
Drive automation and innovation to reduce manual data cleansing efforts by leveraging tools such as machine learning and advanced analytics.
Manage standard reporting processes and oversee intake for enhancements to renewal reporting solutions.
Promote collaboration within the finance community to deliver ad-hoc analytics that enable informed business discussions and strengthen renewal health and execution.
Utilize cross-team analytics expertise to advance predictive analytics capabilities for renewals.
Qualifications
Required / Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
2+ years work experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and demonstrated ability to perform accurate financial calculations.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product / multi-segment finance roles.
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
