Hours & Pay

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $80,000+ annually (based on experience) plus monthly bonus opportunities

What You'll Do Every Day

• Forecasting & Analysis - Use historical data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts, upload customer forecasts into planning systems, and recommend purchase order actions.
• Purchase Order Management - Generate, monitor, and adjust purchase orders to meet production needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Supplier Communication - Collaborate with global suppliers , resolve issues quickly, and maintain clear, professional communication.
• Import / Export Coordination - Oversee international shipping, customs, and freight documentation to ensure compliance and timely deliveries across the U.S. and Canada.
• Cross-Department Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to manage inventory, schedules, and potential supply chain disruptions.
• MRO Supply Management - Maintain and order maintenance, repair, and operations supplies, manage SKUs, and support new product launches.
