Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr.

Job Summary : Mon-Fri,7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM

Description : We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our team. This position involves safely unloading and loading customer products, scanning and organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift operation experience and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. A great team player with a proactive attitude is key to ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities :

Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner.

Move product to designated storage areas using appropriate equipment.

Stack and store merchandise efficiently in the correct areas.

Pick and assemble orders for shipment.

Inspect freight for accuracy, damage, or infestation.

Assist in maintaining warehouse security and ensuring inventory is managed correctly.

Follow safe operating procedures and OSHA standards.

Participate in physical inventories as required.

Perform tasks like labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.

Safely operate various equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, high lifts, and radio frequency devices.

Report any safety malfunctions or equipment issues promptly.

Meet production standards and maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace.

Charge forklift batteries as necessary.

Follow attendance policies, ensuring timely arrival for assigned shifts.

Perform additional duties as assigned, including tasks outside of the normal scope as needed.

Requirements :

Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to interact professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Must respond constructively to feedback and criticism.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

At least one year of related work experience.

Ability to sit, stand, and use hands to grasp or manipulate objects.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly.

Occasional requirement to kneel, crouch, or use distance vision.

Drug and alcohol screening.

50 State Background Check.
