Key Responsibilities & Requirements :

• Oversee asphalt paving projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Lead and mentor paving crews and field teams to achieve project goals
• Coordinate with internal teams to align resources and project execution
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in asphalt paving or heavy civil construction
