Under the direction of the Warehouse General Manager, the  Warehouse Associate plays a key role in efficiently loading and unloading merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently. As part of a structured development track, this position will train for supervisory responsibilities , including key holder duties and assisting with opening and closing the warehouse.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 -3 years of warehouse experience (factory / plant experience is a plus).
• Ability to pass forklift and equipment certification .
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
• Provide outstanding customer service during customer pick-ups, ensuring order accuracy and assisting with loading merchandise.
• Receive, sort, and store stock efficiently to optimize space and organization.
• Pick and prepare orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks .
• properly handle chemicals following company and DOT safety procedures.
• Communicate customer concerns and requests to management in a timely manner.
