Follow a defined field workflow, close on the doorstep, and report activity block-by-block.
What you’ll do
Daily targets : doors / live convos / demos / closes .
Use quick-quote tool to speed decisions on the porch.
Same-day CRM updates; clean handoff to activation team.
Weekly huddles + leaderboard reviews; evening blocks optional.
What you’ll bring
In-person confidence; persistence in field sales.
Coachable; scripts / objections; repeatable steps.
Flexible availability incl. some evenings / weekends.
Driver’s license, car, smartphone with data; authorization to work in the U.S.

Commission-based pay + paid training bonus; structured ramp.
Uncapped commissions + weekly / monthly bonuses.
