• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.\n\n
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.\n\n
• BSN completion preferred\n\nRequirements : \n\n
• Candidates must have a District of Columbia license (required for submission).\n\n
• This role will require floating to multiple units\n\n
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.\n\n
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.\n\n
• 12 months between Staff at Program : Aya Program - MedStar Health\n\nPre-employment modules may be required for this role. • Charge experience.\n

• Patient Diagnoses : Post-transplant (liver, kidney / pancreas, small intestine, islet cell, multivisceral), ESLD, ESRD, thoracic / abdominal / ENT / Flaps / General surgery, sepsis, multisystem organ failure, pre-transplant hepatology patients, overflow from neurosurgery (craniotomy, CVA, etc.), overflow from MICU.\n\nUnit / Facility Details : 24 beds.\n\nShift & Scheduling : Weekends included in rotation.\n\nReferences must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.\n\nManager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If Clinician has questions, please email the AM.\n\nDetails : \n\n
• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request.
