Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Events Assistant to join our vibrant events team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences. As an Events Assistant, you will work closely with event managers and other team members to ensure that all event logistics run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and equipment rentals.
- Manage event registration and attendee communications.
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and materials.
- Assist in the development of event marketing materials and campaigns.
- Support the setup and teardown of events on-site.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
