Key responsibilities :
- Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies; coach teams on Agile / Lean and TPS-aligned practices (Kaizen, Standardized Work).
- Orchestrate multi-team planning and alignment (Scrum of Scrums, quarterly / PI planning), with clear dependency and risk management.
- Establish Jira standards and governance for scaled and team-level reporting :
- Configure and maintain shared boards, issue hierarchies (epic / story / sub-task), and custom fields.
- Build portfolio views and dashboards for leaders (cross-team progress, risks, dependencies, and flow metrics).
- Maintain team-level dashboards for velocity, throughput, cycle time, and defect trends.
- Ensure consistent workflows, definitions of ready / done, and quality gates reflected in Jira.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering / Plant stakeholders to align backlogs and releases to manufacturing outcomes (quality, uptime, throughput).
- Remove impediments quickly; drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions using Jira metrics and operational feedback.
Required qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on Jira and analytics experience in scaled agile environments (Jira Software; preferred : Advanced Roadmaps).7+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including leading / coordinating 10+ interdependent teams.Proven experience running Scrum of Scrums and PI / quarterly planning; expert in dependency and release coordination.Strong Agile / Lean knowledge (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe / LeSS / Nexus familiarity) tailored to TPS principles.Experience in manufacturing or mission-critical enterprise systems preferred.Core competencies :
