Position Summary :

As The Regional Director Of Rehabilitation, You Will Support Community Operations To Return Resident To Optimal Physical Function And Facilitate Achievement Of Resident, Physician, And Therapy Goals. Support / Provide Therapeutic Interventions To Facilitate The Resident In Maintaining Achieved Level Of Function After Discharge Through Education, Independent Exercise Program, And Appropriate Activity Modification. Supervision Of Community Therapy Staff In Their Assigned Areas Follows All Health, Sanitary And Infection Control Policies And Maintains Established Standards Of Practice Set Forth By The Community's Administration And Rehabilitation Policies And Procedures.
