Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring full-time and part-time Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will prepare the bakery products at Monsieur Dior and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

What will you do?
Execute mise en place, prep, and service for your assigned pastry station with speed, accuracy, and careEnsure every dessert, bread, and petit four meets exact presentation and flavor specificationsMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards of the pastry kitchen at all timesCollaborate closely with fellow pastry cooks and the savory kitchen to ensure timing, cohesion, and guest pacingMaintain a strong sense of timing and awareness during service, contributing to seamless kitchen flowParticipate in daily pastry tastings, kitchen meetings, and post-service debriefsUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceBe a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation in everything you doMore about you
Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level pastry kitchenMastery of fundamental pastry techniques, precision plating, and station organizationHigh attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressurePassion for pastry, flavor development, and hospitality through your craftFamiliarity with seasonal ingredients and a curiosity for technique, balance, and innovationAvailable nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical requirements
