Nature & Purpose of Position :

This project aims to understand volunteer management of disaster relief nonprofit organizations. Students are expected to finish the following tasks :

• Collect necessary information for volunteer managers and make phone calls as needed.
• Clean and organize interview transcripts.
• Meet regularly with the supervisor to report on the progress of research activities.
• Assist with other research-related tasks as needed.
