Parts Specialist

We are hiring Parts Specialists for a growing company in Oklahoma City, OK. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and experience in inventory, shipping, and parts management. You'll be responsible for handling incoming parts requests, researching part numbers and pricing, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to all incoming parts requests via phone and email
• Research and identify correct part numbers and pricing
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate parts
• Follow up on tickets, quotes, and orders to ensure quick resolution

The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr.
