Personal injury practice in Las Vegas with an emphasis in plaintiff's pre-litigation and injury litigation seeks an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal. This will be an in-office position. This position comes with generous benefits which include PTO and fully paid healthcare for the employee.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, medical malpractice, and transactional matters
• Manage and organize legal documents using document management systems
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information
• Prepare and draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documents
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
• Answer phone calls and provide professional phone etiquette
• Transcribe dictations and prepare meeting minutes
• File and organize physical and electronic documents
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
