Position Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic Manager to join our consulting team. In this high-impact role, you will manage project teams and serve as a thought leader and problem-solver, driving impactful solutions for our healthcare provider clients. A successful candidate will bring a professional demeanor, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead problem structuring, analysis, and synthesis.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that resonate with client needs.
  • Oversee qualitative and quantitative research efforts to support client engagements.
  • Prepare and present client deliverables with clarity and insight.
  • Facilitate client meetings, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, working closely with senior leaders.
  • Mentor and manage the professional development of junior team members.

Required Experience :

  • Significant experience as an external management consultant at a top-tier firm, focusing on healthcare provider organizations.
  • Proven leadership in enterprise-level strategic planning, innovation strategies, and partnership development.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare provider dynamics and hands-on experience across a variety of client settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities and a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a knack for crafting impactful narratives and visuals.
  • A demonstrated ability to foster talent development within diverse teams.
  • A commitment to the core values of simplicity, openness, and mission-driven service delivery.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% is essential, and candidates can be located anywhere in the contiguous 48 states near a major airport.

    The estimated base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000, with total potential compensation ranging from $237,500 - $275,000, inclusive of performance-based incentives.

    The role is also eligible for a range of benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision coverage, and wellness programs.
