Job Title : Private Duty LPN / RN (Pediatric In-Home Care)

About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated LPN / RN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 10-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Provide compassionate, hands-on care tailored to the patient’s needs

Assist with all ADLs

Monitor and report changes in patient health and condition

Collaborate with patient’s care team and family

Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Schedule :

Monday - Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 35 PM

No weekends required

Qualifications :

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric / infant experience

CPR certification (required)

Must have extensive experience with CPR

Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered

Reliable transportation
