Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 45 PM (45-minute lunch)
Pay : $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead and organize our warehouse operations. This role combines hands-on forklift operation with inventory control, team leadership, and logistical support. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel (2-3 team members to start, with potential growth).
- Safely operate forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 lbs (LP and diesel).
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and consumables.
- Maintain and update minimum and maximum inventory levels; perform audits and produce weekly / monthly reports.
- Organize warehouse layout, implement mapping systems, and ensure proper labeling.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics, including pickups, carriers, Bills of Lading, and weight / dimension reporting.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE by all warehouse staff.
- Track purchase orders, receipts, and materials in ERP / Excel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure accuracy in inventory transactions.
Required Qualifications
Authorization to work in the United States (valid work permit or status required). Proven experience in warehouse coordination / leadership in an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control practices, minimums / max, and logistics. Valid forklift operator certification required. Ability to supervise and motivate a small team. Bilingual English / Spanish required. Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with inventory management systems. Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials, and operate forklifts as needed. Safety-focused mindset and strong organizational skills.Physical Requirements
Lift up to 70 lbs without assistance. Stand, walk, and operate forklifts for extended periods. Work outdoors or in areas with heat, dust, or noise. Consistent use of PPE as required by OSHA standards.Compensation & Benefits
