About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who's ready to drive growth at the intersection of AI and healthcare . You'll be on the front lines of building relationships with healthcare leaders, introducing them to innovative technology that transforms how clinics communicate with patients.

This is a high-impact opportunity to grow your enterprise SaaS sales career in one of the fastest-evolving industries. You'll work directly with sales leadership and the founding team to execute outbound campaigns, generate a qualified pipeline, and help shape the foundation of a rapidly scaling sales organization.

What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities through cold outbound and inbound lead management.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activity via multi-channel outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email).
  • Prospect and build relationships with C-suite executives and senior healthcare decision-makers.
  • Research, prioritize, and build account lists to optimize outreach.

Partner with Account Executives to move qualified opportunities through the pipeline.

Continuously test and refine outbound messaging and strategies.

Represent the company's mission with credibility, empathy, and enthusiasm as the first voice prospects hear.

Who You Are

  • 1 - 2 years of experience as a BDR or SDR in enterprise SaaS , with a strong record of generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach and engaging executive-level prospects.
  • Experience selling into or working with healthcare organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who can craft personalized, compelling messages.
  • Highly motivated, gritty, and resilient, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excited to work on-site in New York City (5 days / week) .
  • Passionate about building and improving sales systems and playbooks.

    Base Salary : $48,000 - $72,000
