Asset Protection Associate

Pollo Regio is seeking an experienced Asset Protection Associate in our Grand Prairie, TX corporate office. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and protocols that mitigate risks and maintain a secure environment. The ideal Asset Protection Associate takes ownership and initiative, is skilled in time management, and can maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards. The job highlights the most critical responsibilities and requirements of the job. Responsibilities :

• Assist in and begin the conduction of theft investigations at corporate office and restaurant locations while strictly adhering to policy and procedures.
• Work with the Asset Protection Leadership to ensure security and safety.
• Assists in the monitoring of access to all facility employee entrances, ensures that only authorized individuals enter.
• Completes all daily reports assigned by manager.
• Submit appropriate documentation for all incidents.
• Partner with the Asset Protection Manager and Executive team to assist employees with safety incidents and participate in the store Emergency Response team, when necessary.
• Perform other duties based on business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Prevent theft by gathering intelligence and communicating important issues.
• Appropriately use video systems to monitor theft activity and support internal cases.
• Actively identify and investigate any suspicious activities or behaviors and report findings to management.
