Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Phoenix, AZ 85006 (Arizona nursing jobs) Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse Unit : Labor & Delivery (L&D RN) Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour night shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025, End : 2 / 23 / 2026) On-Call : Schedule determined by facility Weekend Schedule : To be determined by facility Estimated Weekly Salary : $1880 - $2020 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 2 years (24 months) recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (required) Active Arizona RN license (no license hits) Current certifications (AHA or American Red Cross) : BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Previous travel nursing experience preferred Flu vaccination required (declinations considered with documentation) Must not have an Arizona home address on driver’s license Meet facility-specific background and compliance requirements Ability to provide recent resume, skills checklist (within 1 year), and all required credentials upon submission Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications and interventions as prescribed Educate and support patients and families during the childbirth process Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Take your next step as a travel nurse in Phoenix, Arizona!
