• 8 Full Time Hospitalist team including 2 nurse practitioners
• Full time with Sound Physicians is 15 shifts per month / 180 shifts per year
• 7 on / 7 off block schedule for continuity of care
• Hospitalist team rotates through fair share of day and night shifts. 2 physicians on during the day, 7 : 00am-7 : 00pm with 2 advanced practitioners and 1 physician on at night 7 : 00pm-7 : 00am
• Open ICU no procedures required but physicians should be comfortable with basic vent management
