    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Florida medical license required
  • Board : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery (Thoracic only)

  • Experience : Recent thoracic case experience with 50+ primary source case logs (last 12 months only)
  • Other Qualifications : Proficiency in robotics; ability to provide both inpatient and ambulatory coverage

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide thoracic surgical coverage in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
  • Manage 1520 clinic patients weekly and perform 610 surgical cases weekly
  • Perform robotic thoracic procedures (required)
  • Round daily on inpatients
  • Take variable onsite call as scheduled
  • Collaborate with support staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and continuity of care
