OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Assistant! This position assists Operations Managers with administrative duties and customer service support. Our Operations Assistants interact with drivers and customers to resolve package discrepancies to ensure on-time delivery and are responsible for accurate data entry into the OnTrac system and verifying deliveries.

Location Details : 5959 Randolph Street, Commerce, CA 90040

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Shift : Wednesday - Sunday, from 9 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
