JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide the full scope of services which fall under providers field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care, and electronic health record (EHR) maintenance, while following guidelines contained within the quality management, risk management, infection control, customer service and safety programs for our group

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Doctor Osteopathy (D.O.) or a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree

Completed a residency

Interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with all levels of health center personnel, outside agencies and effectively lead subordinate personnel

Administrative and organizational ability to organize diverse information and the work groups of subordinates.

Knowledge of applicable rules, regulations and standards relative to quality assurance, safety and infection control, and clinical protocols and guidelines of our group

Current licensure State of Illinois, DEA, Controlled Substance and maintain CME requirements of our group

Sensitive to needs and concerns of patients.

Follows all policies promulgated by management.

Pediatrician comp range- 135K with a productivity bonus benchmark up to $4,200 year and a productivity bonus $3, 000 per 150 encounters and a Quality Bonus up to $6000.
