Physician Shifts : 6a-4p, 1p-11p, 8p-7a

APP's Shift : 8a-6p, 11a-10p, 4a-2p

4 FTE's

Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends

Open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's

Main hospital campus may consider less than 12-hour shifts, affiliated FSED's require 12-hour shifts

40-50 shifts month needed

Annual Volume : 29,280
