The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a one-year, rotational experience designed to prepare the next generation of leaders at Clemens Food Group. Through hands-on learning, cross-functional projects, and cohort-based development sessions, you will gain the skills, confidence, and business understanding to step into a permanent role upon completion.

At Clemens Food Group, our Supply Chain team keeps our business and our customers moving. They serve as the critical link between our farms, production facilities, and the families who depend on us. From planning and purchasing to scheduling, warehousing, and transportation, the team ensures that fresh, safe, high-quality pork products reach the right place at the right time.

In the Supply Chain Leadership Development Program, you will gain hands-on experience across these functions, learning how to solve complex challenges, forecast demand, optimize inventory, reduce waste, and deliver meaningful impact every day.
