A Day in the Life of a Business Operations Administrator
As a Business Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks and operational processes within the company. Your primary focus will be on partnering with operations teams to streamline internal processes and ensure consistent communication across all business units. This position requires you to manage key business operations, coordinate with the finance team, and handle the lifecycle of claim / job processes from initiation to closure. You will also be responsible for tasks like submitting vendor invoices, entering purchase orders into systems such as BOLT / CLAIMTRAK, and participating in production meetings to update job and budget information.
