Job Title : Call Center Specialist
Job Summary :
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Call Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service while upholding our company's values.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.Research and navigate company systems to resolve customer concerns and issues.Accurately document all interactions and update customer records in the software system.Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Qualifications :
Proven customer service experience, with a focus on problem-solving.Tax preparation experience a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with computer applicationsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.High school diploma or equivalent.
