  • As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them understand their insurance benefit options and ensuring they receive top-tier support—no previous experience required.

  • What You’ll Be Doing Communicating with clients via phone, email, text, and scheduled Zoom calls Answering questions and guiding customers through their benefit options Keeping client records up to date and organized using internal systems Delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous service with a problem-solving mindset Collaborating with a virtual team while managing your own day-to-day workflow What You Bring You’re 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
