MOW CREW MEMBER
Reports to : Crew Specialist
Position Summary
Responsible for the proper installation and execution of all work tasks as directed by the crew foreman or mow manager
Primary Duties
- To gain a thorough working knowledge of mowing
- To follow the direction of the Mow specialist foreman
- To always maintain professional conduct and appearance
- To work in all aspects of the job a in a safe and efficient manner and to report any problems to the crew foreman or mow manager
- To be available for work Monday through Saturday, as scheduled, and be flexible with hours worked as required by seasonal schedule and weather conditions
- To assist in the proper loading
- To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, tools, job sites, and designated workspaces
- Perform duties as assigned

Exposure to occasional noise from power equipment, mowers, etc. (personal protective equipment available)Outdoor temperature conditions typical of Iowa through winter, spring, summer, and fallOutdoor exposure to conditions ranging from the sun, heat, wind, cold, snow, rain, etcExposure to materials and equipment that can cause cuts, abrasions, etcHeavy repeated lifting (100 lbs or greater) required – use proper lifting techniques!Repeated stooping, climbing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and walking necessaryFrequent location changesPersonal Equipment Required
