Review and Recommend Program Charter updates : Clear definition of program vs. run the product / BAU
Stakeholder Analysis, Establishment & Management of Routines : Coordinate efforts between the squads that are developing (strategic) solutions with the right rigor and cadence at all levels
Define Communication and Change Management strategy
Review & Recommend Adjustments for Work Structure : Ensure guidance on setting up tools data (JIRA Align) and coordination of the work according to the program eg. Client Reporting support should be aligned to CR Init
Monitor Ongoing Execution : Establish transparency. Compare the progress to the plan and raise any caution areas in regular routines (Metascrum, Executive Action Team). Regular (bi-weekly) reporting to include program health across all project dimensions (scope, budget, resources, schedule)
