Schedule & Hours :

  • 3 shifts per week - 12 hours per shift
  • Day shift
  • 36 guaranteed hours / week

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected medical-surgical unit in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel in delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of diagnoses and acuity levels. The selected RN will play a key role in assessing, planning care, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with protocols
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, responses, and changes accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and improve outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening situations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to patient healing
  • Support new staff orientation and assist with clinical student instruction as needed
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of care

    Job Requirements

    Required Qualifications :

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
  • Active RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or eligibility to practice)
  • BLS and / or CPR certification from AHA
