About The Position

Schedule & Hours :

3 shifts per week - 12 hours per shift
Day shift
36 guaranteed hours / week

Position Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected medical-surgical unit in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel in delivering high-quality patient care across a variety of diagnoses and acuity levels. The selected RN will play a key role in assessing, planning care, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans

Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with protocols

Monitor and document patient conditions, responses, and changes accurately and timely

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate care and improve outcomes

Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning

Recognize and respond effectively to emergencies and life-threatening situations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to patient healing

Support new staff orientation and assist with clinical student instruction as needed

Participate in quality assurance initiatives to uphold high standards of care

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

Active RN License in the State of Wisconsin (or eligibility to practice)

BLS and / or CPR certification from AHA
