A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
• Provide care in a 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
• Maintain 2 : 1 patient ratios
• Work with general cardiac monitoring, CRRT, and TPT placement equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Must demonstrate ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent assessment skills required
• CRRT experience preferred
• APHON certification preferred
• Attention to detail essential as physicians are willing to train on new skills
• Work effectively in a teaching hospital environment
• Collaborate with intensivists, registered nurses, desk technicians, respiratory therapists, dietary staff, and case management during night shifts Facility : This healthcare facility operates a specialized 15-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit within a Level II Trauma Center.
