IT Support Specialist
Job Description :
Provide first-line technical assistance to users through calls, emails, and help desk tickets. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues. User account management : Assist users with account access, including resetting passwords. Document and track all support requests and solutions in a ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or specialized teams.
Job Requirements :
- Evaluate potential equipment, components, and software for new solutions in information systems.
- Participate in and provide information for the strategic planning process at the unit level.
- Develop and maintain custom programs and scripts to aid in systems management Manage the development of plans, schedules, and requirements for the deployment and lifecycle of systems.
- Conduct regular reviews of security levels delivered against policy goals.
- Interface with company organizations to resolve service-related issues.
- Integrate complex or sensitive elements of new or existing applications.
- Maintain familiarity with installed software standards and procedures and provide technical guidance to other staff.
- Direct, and train company staff
- Assist in the planning of work unit information technology architecture.
- Plan for implementation of, and ensure compliance with, company security and configuration policies.
- Provide escalation and backup support.
- Must be proficient in office 365,
- Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
