Senior CX Cloud Consultant

A company is looking for a CX Cloud Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions for Oracle Service Cloud

Deliver technical features and enhancements that align with business objectives and client needs

Monitor performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

10+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC)

Proven track record of delivering end-to-end OSvC implementations, including at least three full project lifecycles

Experience designing and building custom solutions using the OSvC framework

Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP and REST APIs in the context of Oracle Service Cloud
