Key Responsibilities
Serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for customers during onboarding
Manage multiple onboarding projects, balancing timelines and stakeholder communication
Facilitate customer enablement sessions and capture feedback for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management roles
Proven project management expertise in scoping, planning, and risk management
Hands-on Salesforce knowledge; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
Strong technical aptitude for SaaS implementations and system configuration
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in time-sensitive environments
