Job Description
A fast-paced, creative marketing team is seeking a Designer / Motion Graphics Animator with strong graphic design and animation skills. This is a full-time contract position based in Los Angeles, working in a hybrid capacity (minimum three days per week in-office).
Responsibilities include :
Design and animate motion graphics for on-air, paid media, social, and digital creative campaignsCustomize and evolve promo graphics toolkitsTranslate creative briefs into concepts both independently and collaborativelyDesign custom creative for live events, outdoor billboards, merchandise, and digital bannersDevelop stylescapes, mood boards, and digital assets based on campaign strategyCreate social media content toolkits and visual style guides for partners / agenciesHelp produce presentation decks to communicate design strategyCollaborate with writers, producers, art directors, and creative leadsContribute to creative brainstorms and 360 marketing campaignsDesign logos and title treatments for cross-platform useEnsure proper file management and asset delivery protocolsCreate all required versions and tune-in graphics for deliveryWe are committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements
5-10 years of experienceProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)Advanced proficiency in After EffectsIntermediate proficiency in Cinema 4DExperience in Photoshop / After Effects compositing (e.g., rotoscoping, green screen, tracking)A degree in design or completion of a qualified design programAn online portfolio and motion reel showcasing relevant workStrong ability to design graphics packages from concept to deliveryCapable of developing campaign assets and key art compositesExcellent time management and multitasking skillsStrong troubleshooting skills in After Effects and basic knowledge of expressionsUnderstanding of brand consistency and guidelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with attention to file structure and versioningAbility to work across multiple projects and show brandsWe are dedicated to diversity and inclusion, and qualified candidates will be considered regardless of protected characteristics.
